Shipping is out of my hands once the postal service has its hands on it. Brushes take about a week to make. During the last two weeks of the month and holidays times, there will be a possible 2 - 3 week waiting period due to making high volume amount and making the Brush of the Month brushes. 

Please follow your tracking numbers that you get via email once the label is created.
